DJ Flexx

Weekdays, 3 to 7 p.m.

Born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area, Flexx was bitten by the entertainment bug at age 12.

He joined the Black Entertainment Television family in 1996 as a DJ on "Teen Summit." Through his career, he has collaborated and recorded with Hip-Hop icons like Ludacris, Lil Jon, Salt 'n Pepa and Groove Theory.

Flexx has also traveled to Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Mexico, and most recently Africa, to rock parties overseas, providing fans with a taste of the nation's capital -- including D.C.'s original music, Go-Go.

He also gives back in a variety of ways, including working with schools and students on issues affecting our youth, as well as providing tutorials to those who are trying to break into the entertainment industry.

Flexx lives in Maryland with his wife and daughter.

Listen to the show weekday afternoons on WPGC 95.5.
