If you’re feeling adventurous, the perfect event for you is leaving from the District next month.

Destination Unknown is offering a free road trip to “experience some outdoor adventure.” The only catch is you won’t know where you’re going.

In an email to WPGC, a spokeswoman for the event said the company is hoping to promote a trip to a destination without revealing the location.

“Once the destination is revealed and we’ve shown what the experience is like, we know people will be inspired to take a trip for themselves,” the spokeswoman said.

The bus leaves downtown D.C. on Oct. 5 at 7:30 a.m. and returns the following evening. The organization recommends attendees pack sunglasses, hiking shoes, clothes, a light jacket and active outdoor apparel.

Experiences, meals and lodging will all be paid for, according to the event description.

Anyone interested can apply online and display their passion for adventures. The outing is intended for groups.

The company spokeswoman said it’s unlikely the event will be repeated.
