Adrian Peterson is 33 years young and showing no signs of slowing down. His workout regiment may have a lot to do with that.

The Redskins running back racked up 120 yards on 19 carries with two touchdowns against the Green Bay Packers in week 3 and has looked like a vintage version of himself in two of three games this season.

Peterson's performance thus far won't come as too much of a surprise for anyone who watched his workout videos from the summer.

SNIDER: Redskins’ Peterson silences skeptics

Here he is jump squatting a decent amount of weight with ease.

Check out the balance he showed on the stability ball here.

We've all been tricked by sexy workout videos before but this looks like the real deal. Peterson is fifth in the league in rushing at 236 yards and has the best yard per carry average among running backs with 50 carries and more.

His two touchdowns against the Green Bay Packers moved him further up the all-time NFL rushing touchdown list. With 102 career touchdowns, Peterson now has an opportunity to tie and leapfrog Redskins legend John Riggins (104) as early as Week 5, when the team returns from their Bye Week.

The veteran running back did tweak an ankle against the Packers but should be ready for New Orleans, according to Jay Gruden.

Can he continue to dial up vintage AD (All Day)? Skins fans surely hope so.
