Beyoncé Fans Weren't Feeling Taylor Swift's Billboard Music Awards Performance

By now, most people have seen the exeperience that is Beyoncé's "Homecoming" -- and most agree that she did justice to the HBCU experience by incorporating her very own drumline.

Taylor Swift also enlisted the aid of a drumline in her most recent performance at Wednesday night's Billboard Music Awards and received mixed reviews on Twitter.

Swift performed her newest single ME! along side a marching band decked out in pastel pink uniforms. And of course, the BeyHive went in.

"TAYLOR SWIFT JUST BIT TF OUTTA BEYONCE ON THE BILLBOARD AWARDS," @jamilahmichelle tweeted.

"whewwwwwwww chile HUNNY WHAT IS YOU DOINNNNN," @__ANGIEstone tweeted.

"I feel like no practiced -- and it makes me very uncomfortable," @trisdvall tweeted.

Swift fans came to her defense.

"she’s been doin the drum line for over a decade (2009 below)," @jpxxraggles tweeted.

"So Beyoncé invented marching bands? ------------------------------," @StarmaNrvz tweeted.

But the Beyoncé stan clapback was unphased.
