Kanye to His 'Hero' Trump: MAGA Hat 'Made Me Feel Like Superman'

The goal of Kanye West's meeting with Donald Trump on Thursday was to discuss "manufacturing, prison reform, preventing gang violence and reducing violence in Chicago." But it's safe to say his White House visit veered pretty far from the stated purpose.

"Trump is on his hero's journey right now. He might not have thought he'd have a crazy mother-f***r like me [supporting him>," the rapper joked at one point.

Kanye's bizarre, 10-minute monologue in the Oval Office touched on everything from his own mental health, to the 13th Amendment, to a new design for Air Force One.

Trump, meanwhile, said the rapper "could very well be" a future presidential candidate and called him a "smart cookie."

Ye ranted about the lack of "male energy" in his homes, past and present, and how the MAGA hat gives him "power."

"When I put this hat on, it made me feel like Superman," Kanye said to the gaggle of reporters.

He also spoke about the state of black people in America today. Listen to Ye's thoughts on racial tension and how blacks should "take responsibility"...if you dare:

"I love this guy, right here," Kanye said at the end of the press conference, and the two friends hugged.
