Chris Brown walked off stage after a concert in West Palm Beach, Florida, on Thursday night and was immediately arrested on a felony battery charge by sheriff's deputies standing by.

TMZ reports that he was booked on an outstanding felony arrest warrant in Tampa, which was issued in connection with an alleged attack at a nightclub in the city last year. Brown was in a DJ booth when he allegedly attacked a photographer, TMZ reports.

A sheriff's spokeswoman told AP that he was released after posting $2,000 bond on the charge issued by the Tampa Police Department.

The 29-year-old singer has been on his Heartbreak On A Full Moon tour since early last month.
