Angie Goff Joins Fox 5

Angie Goff is headed to Fox 5 DC.

Station Vice President and News Director Paul McGonagle announced Tuesday that Goff will be joining Fox 5 as a co-anchor on "5 at 4 p.m." and "Like It Or Not", which sometimes features some of your favorite radio personalities.

“Angie is authentic and embodies everything this station strives to deliver to viewers. We are confident that having this unrelenting and versatile journalist working for us will enhance our evening programming and social media presence," McGonagle said in the announcement.

Goff most recently held a position as a weekend morning achor and reporter at WRC NBC Washington DC.

“I’m so excited to join a team whose dedication to innovation, great television and most importantly, strong journalism, is paramount," Goff said. "There’s no question Fox 5 does the most news in the nation’s capital but it’s how they do it that cannot be defined. The connection with viewers and sharing their stories is simply unmatched.”
