Kodak Black has been held in jail in Fort Lauderdale, FL, following the discovery of outstanding warrants—drug charges and a criminal sexual conduct charge from out-of-state. The latter constitutes a felony.
“One of them is a no-bond hold,” said Joy Oglesby, spokeswoman for the Broward Sheriff according to XXL. “At this point he’s still going to be in jail. He’s not going to be released.”
Black was previously being held in custody and scheduled for release this week due to serve a house arrest sentence for firearm possession and false imprisonment. Due to the revelations of the additional warrants, he will be held in jail until he can be tried for the other charges.
