Shots fired — and it didn’t even take an hour.

LeBron James announced his return to the Cleveland Cavaliers today after a four-season stint with the Miami Heat, reports CBS Sports.

James ushered in the news with a post on his Instagram page, which found the player in his old Cleveland uniform, walking away from the camera on the basketball court. A caption on the picture was simple: “I’m coming home.”

But as is customary with silly season news in sports, not all are necessarily happy or impressed with the announcement — among them Snoop Dogg.

The rapper posted to his own Instagram shortly after the announcement, mocking James’ highly touted return to the team that originally drafted him out of high school.

Using a setup nearly identical to James’, Snoop’s post features Kobe Bryant, also with his back turned to the camera, with the accompanying caption of “I never left.”

“Die hard!!” he wrote to accompany the picture. Snoop Dogg is a longtime Los Angeles Lakers fan.
