Chris Brown may face some serious jail time — up to 4 years — after a judge revoked his probation on Monday, according to CNN.
Brown has been on probation since pleading guilty to assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, which requires him to obey all laws.
He got in trouble again recently regarding a hit-and-run accident where Brown allegedly did not provide the other driver correct information. He was also driving with a suspended license.
He’s also facing another probation violation after prosecutors accused him of not completing all of his community service hours.
This kid just can’t catch a break!
Brown’s lawyer says he’s hoping the judge will dismiss the traffic violation and that probation will be reinstated.
The prosecutor is asking that Brown’s 1,400 hours of community service be restarted under the supervision of a Los Angeles probation officer.
