According to Star Magazine, the “Love on Top’ singer reportedly has a live in trainer to get the new mom’s body back into shape with TWO-A-DAY workouts!

A source told the magazine:

“Beyonce and Marco are up at 5 a.m. for a two-hour workout, and they do it again at 5 p.m. They do a mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, yoga and, of course, dance.”

Reports also say, Bey is watching what she eats and is “living on protein shakes, egg-white omelets, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water.”

Earlier this week, Beyonce stepped out with her Jay-Z for the Knicks/Nets basketball game. A night out with her man…looking absolutely stunning on the court side. 🙂
