Etta James Thru The Years GalleryCBS’s Grammy telecast keeps adding more stars on the performance list making us all eager for Sunday’s show. What’s the latest?…Alicia Keys will be honoring the recently deceased legend, Etta James, with a special tribute performance.

Alicia Keys, a 14-time Grammy winner, will partner up with Bonnie Raitt, a blues icon, for the tribute at the 54th annual Grammy show. The performance and show will be airing live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on February 12.

James recently passed away The last month at the age of 73 from complications from leukemia.

“Wow Etta James! :-( What a phenomenal woman and spectacular voice!” tweeted Alicia, commenting on her death.

Many current stars will be performing at this year’s Grammys including the latest: Lil Wayne, in addition to Rihanna, AND Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Bruno Mars, Adele, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson, and more.
